The relay...the pain

It is Monday morning. I am having trouble walking..it hurts!!! Oh the pain. It was fun but crazy to be running at 3 am on Skyline blvd! Everyone on our 12 person team did a great job. To cover 200 miles in 30 hours - sweet!! and sweat!!.

200 Mile Relay from Calistoga to Santa Cruz

Yes I am crazy enough to join a 12 person team on a 200 mile relay race from Calistoga to Santa Cruz. I may post some sad snippets from the road. I am in van #2, the second set of 6 runners so we will start around 1pm Saturday. Our next leg will begin after midnight...scary...I might be on some crazy mountain road at 1 am. Our final leg will be sometime Sunday morning as we head into Santa Cruz.
